You may return AURAWINS product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the original purchase price.
AURAWINS will provide return shipping free of charge and a return shipping label upon request. Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund. No returns accepted after 30 days. When a return is initiated due to personal preferences or reasons not related to the item's condition or our service, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 3 business days of AURAWINS receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.
NON-AURAWINS BRAND RETURNS: Non-AURAWINS branded products, such as tires and wheels, may be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee depending on condition of returned items.
PURCHASES FROM AURAWINS DEALERS: Items purchased from AURAWINS Dealers or stores must be returned to those stores in conjunction with that store's policy.
